Easy returns within 14 days

The satisfaction of our customers is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase on Luxo Walk Milano , you have the right to return one or more items within 14 days from the delivery date, in compliance with the following conditions:

Return conditions:

• Shoes must be unworn , in perfect condition and returned in the original box .

• The return must be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. order number or receipt).

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or shipping error.

Return procedure:

1. Write an email to

   • indicating the order number and the reason for the return.

2. You will receive detailed instructions for shipping the product to our warehouse.

3. Once the return has been received and verified, we will proceed with the refund within 7 working days , using the same payment method used for the purchase.
